I don't have a diagram for you but it is realatively simple.

One lever is for high-neutral-low

The other is for 2wd-neutral-4wd.

Hope this helps you out

Why not?? Are there internal mods you need to make to the case?? It should be a simple matter of fabbing two separate shift levers and bolting them up.

And still you'll have one lever for high and low range and the other will be for in and out of 2 and 4 wheel.

If I'm wrong please explain

Not familiar with a 300, but on my NP205, one stick is for the front output (H-N-L) and the other is for the rear output (H-N-L). Just gotta  watch cause you can shift the front into high and the rear into low or vice-versa on the 205...

Ok...Ive figured this thing out! Scott is right. pass. side stick is front L-N-H ...driv. side stick is rear. the problem I encountered was it not shifting because on a 300 you cant put 1 in high and 1 in low. U have to put front in -N- and then shift the rear. once the rear is in -N- U can put the front in high or low... at least this is what I think is working!
