Looking for 44 inch plus tires for my mud truck, tread pattern and amount does not matter, just that they hold air. Preferebly for 15 inch rims, larger sizes will work too. No military tires, I have 14.00 now and want a lighter tire. JoeyDi84@msn.com 314-226-6420 St. Louis MO
What your truck cant handle the BIG tires .....LOL Just kidding, I have a set of Michelin 16.00/20's myself(53") I personally love them. Why do you want to go with a smaller tire? Just wieght or what?
Weight one, and because they are tubeless tires and and took the split rims and welded the locking ring on them, drilled and tapped for a valve, and I need to do a lot more welding on them and also I don't see me getting the bead to seal on the rim. It would be a lot easior to cut out the center cention of the rim, weld it inside a 15 inch wheel and throw on some other set of tires. It is the biggest hurdle I have so for and would love to be able to look in the driveway at something other than flat tires. Also I can then sell my 14.00 to recover some of my loss.
