Well I think that if your just driving down the road and you hit a bump and your front tires come off the ground....your a little to stiff!    All you can really do is put it together and see if it feels right to you! If it feels too stiff maybe take some leafs out or something.

along highway 55, right between richardson rd and imperial main there is a scrap/ used car lot that deals with alot of heavy trucks. i dont know if they have used parts but they sure have alot of crap. wouldnt you have to change your spring pads and shackles too? you might want to look for some with the shackles. is it you that had the white ford at buchanans with the oil company logo or something like that on the doors?

nope that would be mine !!!!!!!!!!!!! it's just another beater i threw together untill i can build a tube chassis.  i built the ranger that is usually out there the silver one its made jeremy's several times. but is sitting without a motor in it. i took my irocs back off of it. hey you by chance wouldnt have a few pics of the my truck would you???????

ford 225 are you finally building something? you can run leafs on anything you want front or back . our red and white 97 ford runs f-700 springs on front with 14"s of arch and still can articulate 48"s without lifting any other tire.  call st. louis springs or i have had champion spring make some things before  i had five sets done at st louis before i like those guys.  any questions call

john deere, i didnt even take a camera with me to buchanans. i saw when you buried the front right in a huge hole and the diesel pulled you out. that was pretty bitchen!

ford 225, i was scrounging in fenton auto salvage today and found a rolling chassis from what i think was a big ford. it had front and rear leafs that where huge spring packs but not incredible arch. it looked like some type of dump or very heavy frame with a dually rear. let me know if you want to know where its sitting, its kind of hidden.

if your at all familiar with fenton auto salvage, after you crest the hill on the driveway theres a road that goes up to the right. straight back there, there is a box like off a over the road trailer. the frame is sitting behind that. it looks complete for the most part with a ton of surface rust. good luck.
