I am starting on a build for a 93 Jeep Grand Cherokee to make it into a baja 1000 race vehicle. I am fairly new to the costom off-road building experience and am not sure what I can use to replace what. I know that I need a new front end, or at least re-build mine.

Any information or knowledge would be helpful. I plan on completing this in 4-8 years. Not too strict of a timeline, but I don't have the money all at once to do it faster than that. Total budget? ... about 10,000 dollars.
